TikTOk rebranding

In my Identity and Brand Design course, students were tasked with rebranding a corporate giant. This project involved developing a purpose for rebranding through research and creating a brand guideline book for the new brand direction.

I began by researching TikTok’s current brand guidelines, its history, and its core mission. From there, I explored ways to rebrand its message while maintaining its essence.

My goal was to move away from TikTok’s outdated design while preserving its core colors. TikTok’s logo has remained largely unchanged since its launch in 2016. I aimed to create a more modern, forward-looking aesthetic.
